At CleanPeak Central Park we are leading the way in clean energy delivery.
The energy infrastructure we own and operate at the precinct delivers a full suite of energy services, including 2.2 MW of gas generators, 22.2 MW of chillers, 12 MWt of hot water, and a high & low voltage electricity network. Our mission is to develop our clean fuels business to eliminate the use of natural gas in the precinct.
The precinct is designed to maximise the efficiency of central plant operations. Our gas generators are equipped with heat recovery systems which allow waste heat to be recycled into our thermal system, reducing energy requirements by more than 30%. Our central plant operates at an efficient level far in excess of conventional building infrastructure delivering further reductions in the energy footprint of the precinct.
Servicing 14 buildings over 300,000 sqm of customer space, we can support a vast network of energy users including 2,100 commercial, retail & residential customers.
